People, especially men, prefer to exercise their body. They spend their time doing nothing but that.
Why? Because of survival of the fittest. Sure you need to, or should. I'm not saying you shouldn't. But there is one important detail of their body that they are missing: Their MIND. They don't get smarter and thus end up becoming complete idiots who don't know the difference between a door and a wall. I plan on being a general in the U.S. military. What kind of general would I be if I could not lead my army? I wouldn't. Why? Because my superiors would see me as some brute and throw me in the front lines.
My point is to exercise your body, but spend time on your mind. Play sodoku and chess. Maybe checkers. Try Battleship if you rely on luck.

Thanks. I seem to be good at motivating. Though sometimes my information may
be a little inaccurate, and occasionally wrong, that comes from misinformation on
my resources part. But I have a great knack for making perfect couples.
