cheers, i had software that did that, but lost it

will get pics up of log and tyes and if i get a rack put together pic of that too

yesterrday (saturday) was tougher still


we started wit first load of mats at 7 am and finally finished with last bits at 8.00pm


all the qym equipment is now in the gym



NOW THE HARD WORK STARTS

what have you got planned for the MA side of the gym?
you bringing in instructors for specific classes?

not sure on the space we are going to have..............origionally i wanted the gym to be a place where you came to train when you didnt have an instructor (like you lerned something in class, but wanted to go work it on a bag or grapple dummy.......and with mma, the style of conditioning you need to get to to be fit enough for MMA) but if we can i may look at small classes with an instructor,in maybe MMA, muay thai, krav maga and other self defence style (mine)

maybe judo too

these two pictures show the layout for the Martial arts matted area.............theres a little space to the left going up to the posts that i may fill with mats, or may leav ....where the punch bags will hang

Overall place looks quite big. Are you going to separate the power racks more?

you couldnt lift anything where they are now


yeh they are going to be spread across the middle 3 windos and then a squat rack either side with bits that need wall in between
